At Clock Cricket CIC we are really passionate about providing some light-hearted, easy-to-do physical activity to the older generation. As part of our work, we are always busy innovating with new ideas and adaptable ways of ensuring everyone can take part and have a really positive experience.
Clock Cricket is a fantastic fun-driven game that can pit individuals up against the rest of the group, or can be played in teams.
Its a really simple format, played indoors and in the comfort of your lounge chair!

New Age Kurling has its roots set over two centuries ago! - Adapted from the traditional game played on Ice, New Age Kurling can be played from a seated position.
The idea behind the game is to manoeuvre your 'stones' onto the target and try and outscore your opponents.
Brings a whole new level of skill, challenge and concentration to the participants.
Floor basketball is adapted from the traditional game of basketball except this version can be played from a seated position.
The basketball ring base in set on the floor, with the ring itself just two feet high!
This is a highly adaptable game and challenges the participants through skill, patience and control
Boccia is a game that has its roots in Paralympic sport.
Similar in many ways to traditional bowls, the boccia balls them selves can be delivered by rolling, by throwing or by bouncing
The object is to get as many pf your teams colour nearest the white jack ball as possible.
We are delighted to offer a seated version of noughts & crosses....with a difference.
Played by two teams, one with yellow balls and the other team with red balls. The object of the game is to fill three boxes in a row with your team's coloured balls!

Clock Cricket CIC are a 'not for profit' community interest company that offer sporting activities that have been safely adapted for use with older people and people living with dementia. The sports can equally be delivered to groups of people who live with disability across all ages. Developed over many years, the activities offer a safe way to participate in some light physical activity whilst having a huge amount of fun!
